Practice Schedule
· Jr. K/Kindergarten will be practicing on Mondays from 3:15pm to 4:15pm.
· First Grade/Second Grade and Third Grade will practice on Tuesdays from 3:15pm to 4:30pm.
· Fourth Grade/Fifth Grade and Sixth Grade will practice on Wednesdays from 3:15pm to 4:30pm.
*All practices and games will be held on the NCA soccer field.
*Please make sure your son or daughter has appropriate clothes for practice.
Practice Setup
I will make sure that the students are picked up when school is dismissed and will allow 15 minutes for the students to get changed to participate in soccer practice. Once prepared, I will escort the students to the soccer field for the hour of soccer drills and team activities. At the close of the session I will ensure that each student is either picked up by an authorized individual or taken to extended care as directed by the parents.
Cancelled Games/Makeup Games
Cancellations: If games are cancelled due to inclement weather then the decision will be posted on the website (newcovenantsoccer.net) by 8am on the day of the scheduled game. Additionally, I will also send an email out by 8am on the scheduled game day to the parents/guardians of the players informing of the decision.
Makeup Games: Instead of lengthening the season for makeup games (adding on additional Saturdays) then re-scheduled game will be played the week after the cancellation during the scheduled practice time for the teams. (Example: If a game is cancelled on Saturday, April 21st then the makeup game will occur during the following week practice time such as April 23, 24, 25th depending on the grade/team playing.)
